Delete it yourself, in the app

Fastest way, no waiting on us:

1. Open Patikoko and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when asked.

Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.

Don't have the app anymore?

Email us at patikokoapp@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done, usually within a few days.

What gets deleted

• Deleted immediately: your login, email address, and name.
• Kept, but unlinked from you: Patikoko is built for households that share pet care between several people — if you fed a pet that a family member or roommate still looks after, that log entry stays for them (a shared household shouldn't lose its history because one member left), but it no longer shows your name or is connected to your account in any way.
• If you were the only person in your household, your pets and their care records are removed along with your account.
